Privacy policy concerning the website and cookies

7. Online Sessions
Online sessions are conducted through the provider CAI World. This provider has its server location in Germany. The use of online sessions is voluntary and requires separate consent when logging in.

8. Your rights
You have the right to request information about the processing of your data, correction of incorrect data and restriction of processing. In addition, you can object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances or request the deletion of your data.

Concerning Privacy Policy and data protection in Psychotherapy

The protection of your personal data is important to me. Particularly strict data protection rules apply to health services. 2) Purpose of data processing

The data processing is carried out on the basis of legal requirements in order to fulfil the treatment contract between you and your doctor and the associated obligations.
For this purpose, I process your personal data, in particular your health data. This includes medical histories, diagnoses, therapy suggestions and findings that we or other doctors collect. For these purposes, other doctors or psychotherapists with whom you are being treated may also provide us with data (e.g. in doctor's letters).
The collection of health data is a prerequisite for your treatment. If the necessary information is not provided, careful handling cannot take place.

3) Recipients of your data
I only transmit your personal data to third parties if this is permitted by law or if you have consented. Recipients of your personal data may be other doctors / psychotherapists, associations of statutory health insurance physicians, health insurance companies, the medical service of the health insurance company, medical associations and private medical clearing houses. The transmission is mainly for the purpose of billing the services provided to you, for clarifying medical questions and questions arising from your insurance relationship. In individual cases, data will be transmitted to other authorised recipients.

4. Storage of your data
I will only keep your personal data for as long as is necessary to carry out the treatment.
Due to legal requirements, I am obliged to keep this data for at least 10 years after the end of the treatment According to other regulations, longer retention periods may result, for example 30 years for X-ray recordings according to Section 28 (3) of the X-ray Ordinance.

5. Online Sessions
Online sessions are conducted through the provider www.arztkonsulation.de. This provider meets special data protection requirements and is certified by the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KBV). The use of online sessions is voluntary and requires your separate consent when logging in.

6) Your rights
You have the right to obtain information about the personal data concerning you. You can also request the correction of incorrect data. 
In addition, under certain conditions, you have the right to erasure of data, the right to restriction of data processing and the right to data portability. Your data is processed on the basis of legal regulations. Only in exceptional cases do I need your consent. In these cases, you have the right to withdraw consent for future processing.

In addition, there is a differentiated list of processing activities, which you can inspect at any time.
You also have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority for data protection if you believe that the processing of your personal data is not lawful.
